I made rainbow cake!

My friend Eleanor is a huge baker, and I've always wanted to make a rainbow cake.. So that's what we did!

I warn you now.. We did not make the typical rainbow cake as we realised last minute that we had no ovenproof glass.. So we made rainbow cake/souffles!

If you're wondering why it's not one big cake.. We didn't have the resources for that.  And if you can't see, we used the Wilton Food Colouring for the colour!
